Role Description The Management Representative (ISO) will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of ISO management systems for client organizations, ensuring conformity with relevant standards and regulatory requirements. This full time, on-site position in Ahmedabad involves coordinating audits, documenting processes, monitoring corrective and preventive actions, and supporting clients through certification and surveillance audit cycles. The role includes conducting gap analyses, preparing implementation plans, and working closely with client leadership and operational teams to embed best practices and process controls.

The Management

Representative will provide training and awareness sessions on ISO requirements,



support internal audit programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve nonconformities. The role also requires regular reporting on system performance, client service quality, and opportunities for improvement to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting audit findings, assessing process performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build trusted client relationships, respond to queries, and provide professional support throughout the ISO implementation and certification journey.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written documentation and confident verbal interaction with client teams and certification bodies.
- Candidates should possess solid Training skills to deliver ISO awareness sessions, conduct internal auditor trainings, and guide client personnel on system requirements and best practices.
- Candidates should possess Sales and consulting skills to identify client needs, propose suitable ISO and excellence solutions, and support business development activities where required.
- Relevant experience with ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and internal/external audits is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and quality tools (such as FMEA, PPAP, TQM) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Quality, or a related field preferred; ISO auditor/lead auditor certifications
