Job Title: Maintenance Executive – Modular Manufacturing

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Executive to manage the maintenance and upkeep of machinery, equipment, and electrical/mechanical systems in our modular manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations by minimizing equipment downtime and carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Work Location : Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

- Perform regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of modular manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Inspect machinery and identify potential mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain and monitor maintenance schedules and records.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure machinery is available and functioning efficiently.
- Carry out routine inspections of electrical panels, motors, machines, tools, and other equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of cutting, finishing, assembly, and other modular manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain spare parts and coordinate for replacement of required components.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure all maintenance activities comply with workplace safety standards.
- Support installation, commissioning,



and servicing of new machinery and equipment.
- Maintain proper documentation of breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance, and service activities.
- Coordinate with external technicians/service providers whenever specialized maintenance support is required.

Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- 1-3 Experience in manufacturing, modular furniture, woodworking, interior, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery and equipment independently.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
