Job Title : Machining Engineer

Location: Ambad, Nashik

Employment Type: On Roll

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Min 2 years relevant experienced candidates only

Key Responsibilities

- Select suitable machines and machining processes based on production requirements.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, tooling, fixtures, and accessories.
- Evaluate machine specifications, capacity, accuracy, and technical suitability.
- Obtain, evaluate, and compare machine and tooling quotations from suppliers.
- Prepare cost estimates and comparative statements for machine purchases.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical specifications, quotations, and negotiations.
- Understand engineering drawings, machining requirements, tolerances, and GD&T.;
- Support process planning, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.

Required Skills




- Solid knowledge of CNC/VMC/HMC and machining processes.
- Practical experience in machine and tool selection.
- Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Experience in machine procurement, quotation evaluation, or cost estimation.
- Good analytical, Excel, communication, and vendor coordination skills.

Preferred Background: Machining, Manufacturing, Tooling, Process Engineering, or Machine Procurement. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
