Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role based in Chennai.

The Machine

Operator will set up, operate, and monitor food production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include loading materials, adjusting machine settings, performing basic preventive maintenance, and ensuring continuous operation with minimal downtime. The role also involves checking product quality, reporting defects or equipment issues,



and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

The Machine

Operator will collaborate with production and quality teams, follow all food safety and workplace safety standards, and complete shift documentation as required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and handling food production Machinery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and inspection of finished products.
- Candidates should possess skills in using Hand Tools for basic adjustments and routine maintenance.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Basic understanding of food safety and workplace safety practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or industrial machine operation is an advantage.
- Secondary school education or vocational training in a related field is preferred.
