Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on plastic injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct breakdown analysis to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process, recommending changes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with production teams to develop preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in machine maintenance engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and equipment operation.
- Proficiency in breakdown analysis, breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Experience working in an industrial setting with exposure to heavy machinery operations.
