Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML expert to spearhead our next-generation intelligent systems initiatives in Chennai.

In this leadership-oriented technical role, you will architect and deploy sophisticated machine learning models and Agentic AI frameworks that solve complex business challenges.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and executive stakeholders to translate high-level business objectives into scalable, production-grade AI solutions.

By driving the adoption of cutting-edge LLM and orchestration technologies, you will directly influence our product roadmap and deliver measurable value to our global customer base, ensuring our competitive edge in an AI-first market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end Agentic AI workflows using LangChain to automate complex decision-making processes for our enterprise clients.
- Lead the design and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance natural language understanding and generation capabilities across our product suite.
- Optimize and scale ML pipelines on Cloud Services to ensure high availability, low latency, and cost-efficiency for high-volume production environments.
- Mentor junior engineering talent and foster a culture of technical excellence,



ensuring best practices in code quality, model evaluation, and deployment strategies.
- Partner with product managers to identify high-impact use cases, ensuring that AI-driven features align with user needs and deliver tangible business outcomes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in Python for building robust, production-ready AI applications and complex data processing pipelines.
- Proven ability to design and integrate Agentic AI systems and LangChain frameworks to create autonomous, goal-oriented software agents.
- Deep technical expertise in deploying and managing LLMs within cloud-native environments, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence senior leadership decisions.
- Strong collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in a hybrid office workplace in Chennai while coordinating with global distributed teams.
- A track record of delivering high-impact AI solutions, backed by 8 to 13 years of relevant professional experience in the machine learning and artificial intelligence domain.
