Role & responsibilities

- Full-Stack Development: Design/Build a scalable, high-performance, and secure end to-end web application features across the full stack.

- Solution Architecture: Translate product and business requirements into well architected technical solutions.
- Frontend Engineering: Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using modern frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to ensure seamless user experience.
- Backend & API Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain robust APIs, backend services, and data models to support product functionality.
- Security & Reliability: Ensure data integrations and backend architecture are secure, efficient, and reliable.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Work with cloud infrastructure, modern deployment workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing to ensure production readiness.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, Git best practices (branching, PRs), and a strong focus on code quality.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain clear technical documentation covering system design, APIs, and key implementations.
- Continuous Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and modern tooling (including AI-assisted workflows) to continuously improve product and developer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- Full Stack:



Strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend web development using modern frameworks (e.g. React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, FastAPI or similar)
- Web Architecture: Solid understanding of web application architecture, including client server communication, RESTful APIs design patterns
- Frontend Engineering: Proven experience building responsive, scalable and performant user interface using HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Database Management: Hands-on experience with database including data modelling and query optimization
- API Integration: Experience designing, building and consuming APIs and integrating with third party services (e.g. GCP services)
- Version Control & Quality: Strong knowledge of Git workflows, code review and maintaining high code quality standards
- DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and development workflows
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP) and contemporary deployment workflows
- AI-Assisted Development: Comfortable with using AI tools to troubleshoot stack errors , test and build APIs
- Prototyping & Innovation: Expert at design thinking and understanding the business of use case, followed by prototyping using AI tools
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with designers, product managers and other engineers Stakeholder Management: Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
