Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage forward and reverse logistics for MacBooks, iPads, iPhones and accessories.
- Coordinate device pickup, delivery, repair movement and loaner returns.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners and track shipments.
- Maintain serial number, asset ID, AWB, pickup/delivery and POD records.
- Monitor logistics SLA and proactively follow up on delays.
- Coordinate with customers, service engineers, warehouse and support teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly logistics and pending shipment reports.
- Ensure proper chain of custody and safe handling of Apple devices.
Good communication, robust follow-up, Excel/Google Sheets, shipment tracking, asset management and ability to manage multiple logistics activities simultaneously.
