About the Role

Quick Freight Solution Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics Compliance Executive to join our team in Mohali.

We welcome both freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, transportation, or carrier compliance. Freshers will receive training on US logistics, carrier documentation, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and maintain carrier and shipment-related documents.
- Verify carrier information and required compliance documents.
- Check MC/DOT information, insurance certificates, W-9, and other carrier paperwork.
- Identify missing, expired, or incorrect documents and coordinate for updates.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and databases.
- Update carrier information in TMS and other systems.
- Follow company compliance procedures and guidelines.
- Assist the Carrier Management Team with compliance-related activities.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams regarding documentation.




- Support the team in resolving compliance and documentation issues.
- Ensure all required information is accurate and up to date.

Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, transportation, or compliance.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately with documents and data.
- Willingness to learn US logistics and freight brokerage processes.
- Ability to work in the US Night Shift.
