JOB PROFILE - STORES LINE FEEDING AGM/LOCATION HEAD

- Having minimum experience of 15 to 18 years.

- Responsible for handling end operations for stores, line feeding & warehouse operations. Independently its is capable to manage a 3lac SFT store area with 9000+ SKU/Parts at the location.

- Lean Manufacturing, Kiting Process, Pick to Light, Line feeding planning, Kanban, proper replenishment mapping for bulk & trolley components, Capable to manage line balancing with blue collar employees.

- Capable to analysing line loss in detail with WHY-WHY mechanism & responsible for reviewing of DWM of stores & warehouse.

- Manage all end-to-end stores operations plan for storages, Receipt ,Put away , FIFO ,Shelf life ,Moving & non-moving as aged inventory mapping with inventory accuracy with respect to locator location & customer target.

- Hand on SAP system MM module, Harmony ECC Production.

- Good in time management ,Team management ,Analytical skills, patience &
- Able to handle 450 blue collar & 50+ Office staff.

- Responsible for managing or releasing MIS report to customers, also ready to lead the digitalization project at location levels.

- Close review with team with place of proper’s tracking, checker maker ,process establishment,



Analysis on failure with step 3 & step 6 documentations

- Responsible for inventory management, Inventory analysis, Cycle count (Perpetual inventory) &

- Annual Inventory audit

- Responsible for all types of system reports, Customers reports & review of team members.

- Capable of handling customers &

- Cross-functional departments, ready to work on customer premises (MFG,QA,PPC,SCPC,HR,Account).

- Able to monitor & preparation of the SOP, Process Flow &

- Internal Audits of Inventory &
- Safety.

- Having the knowledge of inbound operation (Transportation) &

- FG – Dispatch

- FIFO &

- Shelf-Life monitoring, Kaizen &
- Improvement Projects,

- Ability & readiness to lead annual inventory at plant level with a plan for counting, Primary tagging, Reconciliation, locator mapping, generation of BARCODE, Tag entry in the system & final reconciliation on audit inventory.

- Strong in Soft Skill &

- MS - Office, Excel &
- Presentation

- Robust in co-ordination

- Training to team for Operation challenges & improvement
