Role Summary The Manager – Loan Sales and Operations will have end-to-end responsibility for Assetify's lending business in Kerala, from sourcing and dealer relationships to sanction, documentation, disbursement, and early-stage collections. Based in Kochi, you will lead both the Sales and Operations teams, drive disbursement growth across products, and ensure fast, accurate, and compliant loan processing. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can balance business growth with operational discipline and portfolio quality.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration is an added advantage.

Experience

- 8 to 12 years in an NBFC, bank, or vehicle/asset finance company, with exposure to both sales and operations.
- Minimum 3 years leading teams across sales and/or operations (and collections, preferably).




- Experience in secured or asset finance is preferred.
- Exposure to LAP, solar rooftop, or procurement/business loans is an advantage.

Skills

- Solid business development and dealer/channel management.
- Thorough knowledge of the loan lifecycle, credit documentation, and disbursement processes.
- Leadership, coaching, and multi-team management.
- Portfolio monitoring, delinquency, and collections management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and MIS skills; proficiency in MS Excel and Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Working proficiency in English and Malayalam; Hindi is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.
