Account Manager - Project Sales (Chennai)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Account Manager based in Chennai to drive B2B project sales, expand our market presence, and achieve key revenue targets. In this role, you will lead end-to-end business development activities, build strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders, and deliver expert consultative solutions to high-value clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development of Project Sales.
- Lead Generation, Project Pipeline & Payments.
- Build relationship with interior designers / Architects / Fabricators / Customers.
- Identifying clients, generating business from existing clientele and achieving business targets; maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
- Mapping clients requirements & providing them with expert advisory services pertaining to selection of right products.




- Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery/ service quality norms.
- Handling the business development activities & accountable for increasing sales growth; Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B Project Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management (experience in building materials, sanitary fittings, architectural, or interior products is highly preferred).
- Network & Skills: Demonstrated ability to network and negotiate with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Fabricators.
- Sales Capabilities: Robust consultative selling skills, consultative product advisory experience, and strong pipeline/payment tracking abilities.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
