Description

Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve retail data. Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions. Recommend solutions to improve recent and existing database systems.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve retail data
- Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations
- Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions
- Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems




- Design and develop data extraction and integration code modules
- Build data warehouse data marts on Snowflake while performing data profiling and quality analysis
- Use version control to maintain versions of data models
- Coach team members and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

- Experience as a Data Architect with SNOWFLAKE EXP is MUST
- Good handson EXP in Snowflake utilities SnowSQL Snowpipe
- Realtime experience working in OLAP OLTP database models Dimensional models Comprehensive understanding of Star schema Snowflake schema and Data Vault Modelling
