About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and client-focused Legal Solutions Consultant to help organizations transform the way they resolve disputes. This is a consultative, client-facing role where you will engage with corporates, financial institutions, law firms, and legal professionals across India and global markets to understand their dispute resolution challenges and recommend JustAct's AI-powered legal technology solutions.

This role is ideal for law graduates who are passionate about legal innovation, enjoy interacting with clients, and aspire to build a career at the intersection of law, technology, and business.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their legal, dispute resolution, and operational requirements.
- Present and demonstrate JustAct's AI-powered dispute resolution and legal technology solutions to clients.
- Generate and qualify business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and manage relationships with law firms, enterprises, banks, NBFCs, arbitral institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, commercial discussions, and solution recommendations.
- Coordinate with product, legal operations,



and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately update client interactions in the CRM system.
- Represent JustAct at legal conferences, seminars, industry forums, and networking events.

Candidate Profile

Required Skills

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
- Basic understanding of arbitration, mediation, legal processes, or corporate law.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or an integrated law degree such as B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., etc.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, client advisory, legal consulting, legal operations, or enterprise sales.
- Fresh law graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in Legal-Tech are encouraged to apply.
