We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to assist our legal team with research, drafting, case preparation, and day-to-day litigation support. This internship is suitable for law students who want practical exposure to litigation and legal practice.

The intern will work closely with advocates and legal professionals and gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, documentation, and case management.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research on statutes, rules, regulations, and judicial precedents.
- Assist in preparing case briefs, legal notes, and research memoranda.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, notices, pleadings, applications, affidavits, and other court-related documents.
- Review and organize case-related documents and evidence.
- Assist in preparing case chronologies, lists of dates, and document indexes.
- Conduct research on relevant judgments from the Supreme Court, High Courts, and subordinate courts.
- Assist advocates in preparing matters for hearings and arguments.
- Monitor case developments, court orders, and filing requirements.
- Assist with maintaining case records and legal databases.
- Perform other research and litigation-support tasks assigned by the supervising advocate.

Requirements
- Pursuing LL.B., B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., or an equivalent law degree.
- Strong interest in litigation and legal research.




- Good knowledge of basic Indian laws and legal principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and analyse judgments and legal documents.
- Valuable drafting and proofreading skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and legal research databases.
