Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Legal Trainee to join our legal team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, corporate compliance, due diligence, documentation, and client coordination while working closely with experienced legal professionals.

Final-year LLB students and freshers who have completed their Bachelor’s degree in Law are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, case laws, and regulatory requirements Majorly in corporate laws.

· Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, notices, minutes, legal correspondence, and other documents.

· Support the legal team in corporate, commercial, compliance, and documentation-related matters.

· Assist with due diligence, document review, and preparation of legal summaries, reports, and memos.

· Support case management, regulatory filings, record maintenance, and other legal processes.

· Assist in client meetings and coordinate with internal teams and clients as required.

· Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and relevant industry developments.

· Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professional standards in all assigned work.





Qualifications & Skills

· LLB or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Law.

· Final-year law students and fresh law graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Good legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Basic understanding of corporate and commercial laws.

· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel.

· Familiarity with legal research platforms such as SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw, or LexisNexis will be an added advantage.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

· A proactive approach with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
