#Experience: 20–25 Years
#Qualification: LLB Mandatory | LLM Preferred
#KeyResponsibilities:
Draft, review, and vet contracts, leases, agreements, MOUs, and legal notices.
Manage litigation, court cases, and external legal counsel.
Handle property matters, title verification, and lease documentation.
Ensure legal and statutory compliance across business entities.
Advise management on legal risks, disputes, and corporate matters.
Liaise with government authorities and coordinate with internal teams.
Preferred Background: Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, Leasing, Manufacturing, or diversified business groups.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
