We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong focus on training and development. The role will primarily involve designing and delivering impactful training programs (80%) across sales, product, and process areas, while also managing business partnering and HR operations (20%). The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in employee development, stakeholder management, and operational HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Training & Development (80%)
- Design, implement, and deliver training programs for sales, product, and process teams.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop customized learning modules.
- Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Business Partnering & Operations (20%)
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units,
supporting workforce planning and employee engagement
- Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues and provide HR guidance.
- Support HR operations including performance management, policy implementation, and compliance.
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives and change management.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, with robust exposure to training and development.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs across diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in HR operations and business partnering.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
