What would you do?

- Design develop and deliver comprehensive learning solutions on Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. Enable learners with knowledge of contemporary SharePoint development frameworks customization approaches integration capabilities and best practices through instructor led and virtual learning programs. Support capability building initiatives aligned to organizational learning objectives.
- Translate learning experience designs into structured learning assets focused on Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. Create storyboards assessments labs demonstrations and training content. Collaborate with learning teams and subject matter experts to develop engaging learning solutions. Deliver instructor led and virtual training sessions while ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- The practice of delivering technical training and learning content to individuals and groups through instructor led and virtual formats.



Trainers facilitate learning experiences and support learner development in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development including site development customization modern experiences application integration and governance best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Analyze and solve routine to moderately complex learning and development challenges.
- Design develop and deliver instructor led virtual and blended learning programs on Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Create training materials facilitator guides learner handbooks assessments labs and knowledge checks.
- Deliver technical training sessions workshops boot camps and enablement programs.
- Educate learners on SharePoint Online architecture modern sites lists libraries permissions governance and development best practices.
- Provide training on SharePoint Framework customization web parts extensions Microsoft Graph API integration and Power Platform connectivity.
- Monitor learner progress gather feedback and improve training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with instructional designers subject matter experts and stakeholders to align learning solutions with business objectives.
- Maintain and update learning content based on product enhancements and industry trends.
- Support capability development initiatives through mentoring coaching and knowledge sharing activities.
- Work independently with limited supervision while managing assigned learning engagements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the learning function.
- Build reusable learning assets and support knowledge management activities.
- May be required to support learners across different time zones and work schedules.
