Reporting to: Discipline Manger Civil & Structural and Architectural / Section manager.

Competency Description Experience

- 15+ years of experience in industrial projects in the domain of:
- Advance manufacturing of Chemical, fine chemicals, specialty chemicals industrial projects
- New energy businesses like EV, PV, and associates industrial projects.
- Automotive industries, pharmaceutical plants, FMCG projects
- Data Centre projects hyper scale and retail scale.
- Excellent domain knowledge of Master planning, preparation of concept layouts, working drawings and positive for construction drawings, Pre-Engineered Building works,
- Awareness of 3D platforms like Revit 3D, Sketch up, Lumion, Twin motion

Educational qualification
- B.Arch. Degree from recognized university, Registered with COA.

Core Strengths Technical
- Master plan and layout preparation at plot plan level
- Core competency in Architectural designs and should have ability and hands on experience to work on schematic/statutory/ working drawings and 2D /3D, Presentation, along with architectural BOQ & specifications.
- Shall have knowledge of statutory regulations, LEEDs certifications requirements, hygiene, and sustainability related design concepts/requirements.
- Global architectural practices / domain knowledge preferable to be able to check & review our global engineering partners drawings & documents.
- Strong knowledge of NBC and statutory codes, building byelaws, state wise requirements
- Preparation of BOQs, Tender Documents etc.
- Interdisciplinary coordination
- Preparation of Design basis and technical specifications for Architectural works and PEB building architectural works.
- Preparation of technical bid analysis and Resolutions of TQs and site RFI
- Hands on experience of Indian and International codes for the design.

Role /
- Fa•ade & Fenestration, Interiors, Sanitation, and plumbing conceptualization to detail engineering including options for look and feel, walkthroughs,



presentations etc.
- Conceptualization, preparation of various options meeting the Uptime Institutes Tier standard.
- Preparation of Design Basis Report & Room Book
- Planning / guiding a team of Revit modelers in developing BIM model meeting LOD 100 to 400 requirements during various phases of the projects.
- Reviewing the model / ensuring quality control on the model / guiding the modelers in extracting layouts from the 3D model like Architectural Plans, elevations, sections, plumbing drawings
- Preparation of site works tender including specifications and bill of material.
- Preparation of cost estimation for architectural part of the project
- Procurement assistance like providing technical clarifications, participating pre bid / post bid meeting / technical bid analysis / preparation or order specification.
- Vendor drawing review.
- Providing clarification to request for information from site during construction.
- Visiting sites for residual engineering / resolving site queries
- Coordination with various stake holders like Client / various internal disciplines like projects / electrical / mechanical / architect / civil / vendors for effective engineering management
- Providing information for & Attending Project review meeting / Internal review meetings / Management review meetings
- Takes initiatives for successful delivery of services within the department and operates with minimum guidance.
- Participates and Represents Jacobs in all Client facing and critical meetings to provide solutions to meet project objectives.
- Monitor and control Productivity of the Assigned project.
- Monitor and Control Project schedule of the Assigned Project

- Responsible for the performance of Team assigned.

- Build appropriate relationships with relevant project stakeholders/ leads, working Team.
- Maintaining the lessons learned on the project.

- Plans for project resources requirement well in advance and coordinate with Department Manager so as to ensure staffing requirements & productivity

Software CompetencyKnowledge of AutoCAD is essential. Working knowledge of Revit Architecture, Navis work Photoshop, 3D Max & or Google Sketch- up, Lumion, twin motion shall be preferred.Language Competency
- Good English written and verbal skills & ability to interact / coordinate.
