Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP SD/CS Functional & Integration Consultant to lead the functional design, configuration, validation, and delivery of an enterprise integration program connecting SAP ERP with Salesforce Field Service (FSL).

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD and SAP CS, along with proven experience designing and implementing SAP-Salesforce integrations for field service, pricing, inventory, service execution, and billing processes.

You will own the integration scope end-to-end, from master data synchronization and pricing through service order execution, ATP checks, resource-related billing, invoicing, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

Key Responsibilities : SAP SD/CS Functional Leadership

- Lead Fit-to-Standard and Solution Design Workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Validate, refine, and baseline the end-to-end SAP-Salesforce integration scope.
- Configure and support core SAP SD and SAP CS processes.
- Design functional solutions covering quotations, pricing, sales/service orders, notifications, billing, warranty, and service execution.
- Translate business requirements and high-level architecture into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).

SAP-Salesforce Integration

- Design and implement SAP-to-Salesforce synchronization for:
- Customer Master
- Material Master
- Equipment Master
- Serial Numbers
- Warranty Master
- Design bidirectional integration between SAP and Salesforce Field Service.
- Enable real-time SAP pricing callouts from Salesforce Opportunities and Quotes.
- Automate SAP Quotation creation based on Salesforce transactions.
- Enable Salesforce FSL to initiate and manage SAP Service Orders, including:
- Service order creation
- Status updates
- Labor/service line items
- Spare parts




- Enable real-time Available-to-Promise (ATP) inventory checks for spare parts from Salesforce.
- Integrate field technician confirmations, including:
- Labor/hours
- Materials consumed
- Travel expenses
- Enable technician confirmations to trigger appropriate service order completion processes in SAP.

SAP Billing & Service Processes

- Configure resource-related billing within SAP SD/FI.
- Configure and support Dynamic Item Processor (DIP) profiles.
- Design billing datasets for standard and partial invoicing scenarios.
- Support warranty-related processes and service billing.
- Ensure end-to-end alignment between field service execution and SAP billing.

Integration & Technical Support

- Work closely with integration and development teams to troubleshoot end-to-end transactions.
- Analyze and debug BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, and OData services.
- Debug custom ABAP code and integration payloads to identify and resolve data mismatches.
- Validate data mapping, transformation, interface behavior, and transaction processing across SAP and Salesforce.
- Work with integration middleware teams to ensure reliable and scalable interfaces.

Testing, Deployment & Support

- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) activities.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare test scenarios, validate end-to-end business flows, and resolve defects.
- Support cutover planning and execution.
- Provide post-go-live stabilization and hypercare support.
- Manage scope boundaries and ensure out-of-scope requests are appropriately assessed and controlled.
- Manage approved Person-Day buffers for authorized ad-hoc requirements.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) processes and field service execution.
- Experience with field service scenarios involving service orders, technicians, spare parts, inventory, confirmations, and billing.
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies:
- BAPI
- RFC
- IDoc
- OData
- Ability to debug ABAP code, SAP backend processes, and integration payloads.
- Strong understanding of master data synchronization and data mapping.
- Experience preparing Functional Specifications (FSDs) and integration requirements.
- Strong experience conducting functional/technical workshops with global stakeholders.
- Ability to work with administrative access to SAP and integration environments for configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Direct experience with Overcast integration middleware.
- Experience working on SAP Salesforce Field Service transformation/integration programs.
- Experience in global enterprise implementations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end service-to-cash processes.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on SAP SD/CS functional lead who can bridge the gap between business processes, SAP configuration, and integration teams. You should be comfortable owning complex integration scenarios, leading workshops, troubleshooting backend transactions, and driving SIT/UAT through successful go-live.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
