Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition and fulfillment of semiconductor and engineering hiring requirements while ensuring quality, speed, stakeholder satisfaction and recruitment compliance

Key Responsibilities

- Lead talent acquisition strategy for Semiconductor and Silicon business.
- Manage recruiter teams and hiring programs across locations.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
- Drive executive hiring, talent branding and pipeline development.
- Provide analytics and market insights to leadership.
- Own fulfillment, compliance, quality and productivity metrics.

Skill Requirements

ASIC Design, SoC Design, RTL Design, Physical Design, DFT, STA, FPGA, Analog Mixed Signal, Embedded Systems, Firmware, Device Drivers, Silicon Validation and Automotive Semiconductor.

Other Requirements

Experience: 12-18 years Business: Semiconductor / Silicon / VLSI Hiring
