Role: Lead Recruiter (IT Recruitment)

Eligibility: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience: 4-7 Years in IT Recruitment

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment

Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities:• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding





- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media
- Conduct HR screening, coordinate interview processes, and manage offer rollouts
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team hiring goals
