Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end Job Costing operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery aligned with SLA requirements.

- Drive customer experience and business profitability through strong financial governance (SO/PO, RR, GR/IR).

- Own team performance, resource optimization, and transformation initiatives such as centralization, automation, standardization, and SCP/NFTP adoption.

- Driving continues improvement through the Maersk way, Kaizen, and Visual Management Systems (VMS) to enhance efficiency and transparency.

- Act as the primary escalation point, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs and IOPs, while continuously refining to improve operational consistency.

- Manage team capacity, workload allocation, and productivity optimization.

- Coach and develop team members to enhance Job costing capability and business understanding.

- Build up team talent pipeline.

Experience

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.





- Robust experience in FinOps operations.

- Hands-on experience in Invoice Processing and Payment Processing.

- Experience managing customer-facing operational processes.

- Proven experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries or regions.

- Minimum 2 years of people management experience leading operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor;s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

- Experience within Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management environments is preferred.

- Experience working in a global, matrix organization is an advantage.
