Job Title: ServiceNow QA / Test Automation Engineer

Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in manual and automated testing on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Selenium, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable ServiceNow implementations.Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Build and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF
- Develop automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver
- Validate implementations across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, etc.)
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Identify, log, and track defects; ensure timely resolution
- Perform API testing using REST/SOAP tools (Postman or similar)
- Ensure data integrity and validate integrations with external systems




- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test suites
- Prepare test reports and quality metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing with ServiceNow platform exposure
- Robust expertise in:
- ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
- Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python preferred)

- Experience in manual and automation testing
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM preferred; others are a plus)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Strong analytical and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, TestNG, etc.)
- Familiarity with Performance Testing tools (JMeter or similar)
- Understanding of ITIL processes
