Experience :
- 7 - 10 years of skilled software engineering experience.
- Proven experience leading technical initiatives or teams.
Tech Stack :
- React.js and frontend architecture
- Node.js backend systems and API design
- AWS cloud services (EC2 / ECS / EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch)
Core Competencies :
- Deep understanding of system design, scalability, data modeling, performance, security, and privacy considerations.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, production monitoring, and incident response.
- Strong decision-making and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and influence without micromanaging.
