Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Responsible for : CAD modelling and review of concepts for a given problem / Proposals for a recent concept

Designing the above with Manufacturing constraints in place.

Data management in the system

Data release in the system

TSO and TKO support

Calculations in excel

- Deliverables :

Assembly releases in Layout part number

Concern resolutions thru QC tools

Generation of Suspension Articulation data and release in system

Generation of GD&T; scheme and checking of 2D drawing for best practices.

PCP / ROCM release in TCUA

Part sharing with interfacing system and suppliers thru CDMM

Fabrication of parts thru proto / soft tooling route

Validation of parts fabricated above.

Part development and supplier discussion

Experience

6 - 8 years

Industry Preferred

- Tier 1 supplier / OEM

Qualifications

B.E, (Mech) / B.E, (Auto) minimum
