Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute digital strategies to drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance operational efficiency.

- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products and services that meet customer needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and implement changes that drive business value.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 12-18 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.

- Proven track record of developing successful digital strategies that drive business results.

- Robust understanding of liability products such as loans, credit cards, etc. .

- Excellent team management skills with ability to lead high-performing teams.
