The company specializes in premium products such as bathmats, rugs, cushions, throws, and other home textile made-ups that enhance comfort and aesthetics in homes worldwide.

Role Description The Lead Designer will oversee the end-to-end design process for home textile products, including concept development, trend research, and creation of design collections aligned with brand and client requirements. This full-time, on-site role in Panipat involves collaborating closely with production, merchandising, and sales teams to translate design ideas into commercially viable products such as bathmats, rugs, and carpets.

The Lead

Designer will develop mood boards, color palettes, and technical specifications, ensuring designs meet quality, sustainability, and cost parameters. Daily activities include guiding and mentoring junior designers, reviewing samples and prototypes, coordinating with suppliers on materials and finishes, and refining designs based on market feedback. The role also includes monitoring global design trends, supporting client presentations,



and contributing to continuous innovation in product lines.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in textile and home furnishing design, including pattern development, color theory, and material selection.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD or textile design software).
- Experience leading design projects, managing design workflows, and mentoring design team members.
- Ability to translate market trends and client requirements into commercially viable product concepts.
- Solid understanding of textile production processes, fabric construction, and quality standards.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with production, merchandising, and sales teams.
- Robust attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Prior experience in home textiles or furnishings export/manufacturing organizations is highly desirable.
- Commitment to sustainability, ethical practices, and continuous improvement in design and product development.
