We are seeking an experienced legal qualified to partner with business leadership on strategic growth initiatives, including mergers & acquisitions, incorporation of new entities, corporate restructuring, business expansion into new geographies, corporate governance, commercial contracting, and legal risk management across domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Provide legal support for strategic initiatives including M&A; and joint ventures.
- Lead and manage legal due diligence exercises and coordinate with external legal advisors.
- Support incorporation, registration, and operationalization of domestic and international entities.
- Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and assess their impact on business operations.
- Provide pragmatic legal advice to support business objectives while effectively managing legal and compliance risks.
- Commercial Contracting Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements Including.

Licensing Agreements

Manufacturing and Supply Agreements

Service Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

Consultancy Agreements Vendor and Procurement Contracts

Business Collaboration Agreements

Qualifications and Experience:-

- LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
- 14-16 years of experience in corporate legal affairs.
- Proven experience in M&A; transactions and company incorporations.
- Strong exposure to commercial contracting and corporate governance.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or multinational organizations preferred.
- Ability to work closely with senior business leaders and external legal counsel.
