We're looking for an experienced cook to lead our all-electric kitchen and make our signature omelettes and sandwiches consistently well.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the omelette range (including kappa, prawn and egg-white omelettes) and sandwiches to standard recipes
- Prepare protein packs and salads (steamed eggs, sprouts, chickpeas, chicken and broccoli)
- Plan daily prep and maintain the kitchen's stock levels
- Train and supervise line cooks and the kitchen assistant
- Follow hygiene, temperature-logging and food safety rules
Requirements
- 3+ years as a cook in a café, hotel or QSR
- Strong egg and grill skills; knowledge of Kerala flavours is a plus
- Experience with induction or electric kitchen equipment preferred
- Clean, organised and able to work calmly during rush hours
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
