Role Description:

Department: Student Recruitment / Counselling

Location: India Office, Delhi - Janakpuri

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor the performance of the counselling team to achieve recruitment and enrolment targets.
- Assess complex student profiles and provide expert counselling on suitable institutions, programmes and study destinations.
- Oversee and support the student journey from initial enquiry through application, offer, visa preparation and enrolment.
- Mentor, coach and train counsellors to improve counselling quality, follow-up, conversion and overall team performance.
- Develop strategies to improve lead-to-application and application-to-enrolment conversion.
- Monitor leads, applications, follow-ups and enrolment performance through CRM and reporting systems, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular case reviews, destination updates and counselling training sessions, ensuring the team remains current on university requirements,



admissions processes and visa and policy changes.
- Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, Documentation, Visa and Destination teams to improve student recruitment outcomes and resolve complex student cases.
- Maintain solid relationships with students, parents, university representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Provide management with market insights, recruitment trends, performance analysis and recommendations for process and performance improvement.
- Represent Grace International Group at education fairs, seminars, workshops and institutional events.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in overseas education counselling, student recruitment, admissions, or a related field, with demonstrated senior or team leadership experience.
- Strong experience in student counselling, recruitment, conversion, and student profile assessment.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, or leading counsellors.
- Strong knowledge of international education, university admissions and student visa processes across major study destinations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
