LCL Sales Manager – CFS

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive LCL business development and sales growth for the CFS.

- Acquire new customers, freight forwarders, CHA/customs brokers, exporters and importers.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

- Identify current LCL consolidation opportunities and increase LCL cargo volume and revenue.

- Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, freight forwarders and consolidators to develop LCL business.

- Prepare and negotiate commercial rates, quotations and service proposals.

- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and customer requirements to improve business competitiveness.

- Work closely with CFS operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth handling of LCL cargo.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales, volume and revenue targets.





- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular MIS/business reports to management.

Required Profile:

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in LCL sales/marketing, freight forwarding, CFS or logistics.

- Strong and practical knowledge of LCL marketing, consolidation and deconsolidation operations.

- Proven track record of acquiring new LCL customers and increasing cargo volumes/revenue.

- Strong network among freight forwarders, CHAs, importers/exporters and logistics customers.

- Excellent negotiation, communication and customer relationship management skills.

- Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of independently developing the LCL business.

- Experience in CFS/ICD operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
