About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Laser Therapist Cum Nurse to join our team at our Electronic City branch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in laser treatments, aesthetic procedures, patient care, and clinical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform laser hair reduction and other approved aesthetic/laser procedures as per clinical protocols.
- Conduct client consultations and understand treatment requirements.
- Assess skin type, medical history, contraindications, and treatment suitability.
- Operate laser and aesthetic equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control protocols.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to clients.
- Monitor clients during procedures and manage minor adverse reactions appropriately.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, consent forms, and photographs.
- Assist doctors/dermatologists during clinical and aesthetic procedures when required.
- Ensure proper maintenance,



cleanliness, and safe handling of equipment.
- Follow clinic SOPs and maintain a high standard of patient experience.
- Educate clients about treatment plans, sessions, precautions, and aftercare.
- Coordinate with the front desk and clinical team for smooth patient flow.

Requirements

- GNM/B.Sc Nursing or relevant nursing qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetology, laser clinic, or medical aesthetics.
- Hands-on experience with laser hair reduction and preferably other aesthetic/laser procedures.
- Good knowledge of skin types, laser safety, contraindications, and post-procedure care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, patient-friendly, and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a clinical team.
