- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of model architectures to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of language model objectives with broader organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Robust understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model parameters to improve performance and efficiency.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model frameworks and tools.
- Capability to analyze and troubleshoot complex model behaviors and outputs.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
