A laser cutting machine operator sets up, runs, and maintains CNC (Computer Numerical Control) laser equipment to cut metal or other materials with high precision.

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Operation: Load raw materials, start programs, and run the laser cutter safely.

- Setup and Calibration: Adjust settings like the focal point, gas pressure, and laser power for different materials.

- Quality Check: Measure finished parts using tools like calipers to check for accuracy.

- Maintenance: Clean lenses, transparent scrap, and perform basic machine upkeep.

- Safety: Wear protective gear and follow factory safety rules.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: High school diploma or an ITI/technical certification in machining.

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience running CNC or laser machines.

- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

- Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
