Lab Technician (DMLT)

Position: Lab Technician

Qualification: DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology)

Job Location: Devigarh, Patiala, Punjab

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately as per standard protocols.
- Collect, receive, label, and process patient/sample specimens.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Conduct routine hematology, biochemistry, and other diagnostic tests as required.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory samples and materials.
- Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality-control procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff regarding laboratory reports.




- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the laboratory.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable laboratory standards.

Required Skills
- DMLT qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valuable knowledge of laboratory procedures and diagnostic testing.
- Ability to handle laboratory equipment and samples safely.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
