ATA ENGINEER – L2 PRODUCTION SUPPORT

Role Overview:

Looking for a Data Engineer – L2 Production Support professional to support and troubleshoot data & analytics platforms in a production setting.

- Production troubleshooting, RCA & performance tuning

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle L2 production incidents and break-fix issues.
- Troubleshoot data pipelines, ETL jobs and platform failures.
- Support Snowflake, Airflow, AWS and dbt environments.
- Resolve Power BI / Tableau access, refresh and data-source issues.
- Perform RCA, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Escalate complex issues to L3 with detailed findings.
- Manage platform access, licences and user-related issues.
- Maintain ServiceNow tickets, SOPs and knowledge-base documents.
- Coordinate with Database, Cloud, IDAM and Network teams.
