- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children aged 3-6 years old, incorporating phonics, Montessori methods, and Cambridge curriculum.
- Create a nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students.
- Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Education (BED) or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2-7 years of experience teaching pre-primary education (Nursery/Preschool).
- Solid knowledge of pedagogy principles and practices for early childhood education.
- Familiarity with ICSE/IGCSE/IB curriculums.
