Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage corporate travel bookings, reservations, and ticketing using Galileo system.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide personalized solutions.
- Handle client queries related to flight changes, cancellations, or delays in a timely manner.
- Ensure seamless execution of travel operations from start to finish.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in corporate travel management or similar industry.
- Proficiency in making airline reservations and managing tickets through Galileo system.
- Solid understanding of corporate travel policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client relationship building.
Location - Mumbai (Andheri East); 6 days working
