- Handling Outbound Calls & Inbound Calls
- Main high call quality standards
- Collect accurate information from the customer
- Collecting reliable content from sources
- Ensuring proper reporting after each call in prescribed format
- Reporting writing of collective feedback over the task completetion
- Should be able to think logically and assess the ground
- Should be valuable at current affairs
- Maintain confidentiality

- Soft skills & courteous behaviour
- Should be able to speak fluently in Telugu and report in English.
