We are looking for an experienced Key Account Management Leader with a strong background in Aesthetic Dermatology to drive national business growth, strategic partnerships and key account development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national key account strategies to drive business growth.
- Build strong relationships with key dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, healthcare institutions and decision-makers.
- Lead, mentor and manage the Key Account Management team across India.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen strategic account partnerships.
- Drive business negotiations, contracting and account development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical and other cross-functional teams.
- Monitor business performance, account productivity and strategic growth initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in Aesthetic Dermatology is mandatory.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales and strategic key account management.
- Solid leadership and team-management experience.
- Experience handling key institutional accounts and senior healthcare stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, business planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage Pan-India business operations and geographically dispersed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related discipline.
