About TNT
TNT - The Next Trend has made home utility products for 15 years: steel cloth-drying stands, step ladders, shoe racks and organisers. We manufacture everything we sell. We sell through DMart and general trade, Blinkit, Zepto and Big Basket, Amazon and Flipkart. Family-run, 30 active SKUs.
What you will own
Amazon is our largest untapped channel. We sell on Amazon two ways: to Amazon as a vendor, and directly as a seller. Neither account has had a full-time owner. You will own both. That means the Amazon P&L; across 1P and 3P: sell-in and sell-out, fill rate, claims, advertising and contribution margin. You also decide which SKUs belong in which account. The goal is to make Amazon our second-largest online channel within 12 months.
What you will do
- Vendor Central: vendor manager relationship, cost price and PO negotiation, terms, allowances, annual agreement.
- Fill rate: plan POs with the factory so confirmed quantities ship on time and in full.
- Vendor claims and collections: track the scorecard, dispute chargebacks, reconcile remittances, chase unpaid invoices monthly.
- Seller Central: keep the account healthy. Plan FBA and Easy Ship stock, manage returns and settlements, resolve performance notifications the day they land.
- Catalogue, both accounts: every SKU listed correctly with the right title, variants, images and A content. Fix suppressions the day they appear.
- Advertising: run Amazon Ads across both accounts within agreed ACOS and TACOS targets, including Prime Day and Great Indian Festival.
- Pricing: one price per SKU across 1P, 3P, quick commerce and Flipkart, agreed with the colleagues who run those channels.
- Reporting: a one-page brief to the founder every week. A monthly P&L; reconciled to actual vendor remittances and seller settlements.
- By day 90: a written plan for which SKUs sit in Vendor Central, which in Seller Central, and why.
How we will measure you
- Amazon revenue and contribution margin against quarterly targets, 1P and 3P
- PO fill rate and in-stock rate on the vendor side
- FBA in-stock rate, account health and return rate on the seller side
- Chargebacks recovered, payment ageing and settlement accuracy
- Catalogue completeness, ACOS and TACOS
- Weekly brief on time, four weeks out of four
- Shortfalls reported the week they are found, with cause and fix
What you will bring
- 4 to 7 years on the brand or seller side of Amazon or another marketplace.
- Hands-on with both Vendor Central and Seller Central. You have negotiated a cost price, won a chargeback dispute, and run FBA stock and account health. One console alone is not enough.
- You have owned a P&L;, not only a revenue or GMV number.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets. You build your own trackers.
- You write clearly and briefly.
- You get things done through colleagues who do not report to you.
Nice to have: home, kitchen or hardware category experience; Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart or Big Basket from the brand side; a founder-led business.
Why this role
- You report to the founder and get decisions the same day.
- Cost, supply and current products are in the building, not with a vendor.
- The role grows into Head of Marketplaces as Flipkart and quick commerce fold in under you.
- Rs 10 to 13 LPA, fixed. No variable, no ambiguity.
