We are looking for a Junior Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of a small warehouse handling Safex New Kit parts/components. The person will be responsible for material receipt, storage, inventory accuracy, picking, packing and dispatch while maintaining proper warehouse discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations and maintain proper housekeeping and discipline.

- Handle inward receipt, checking, counting, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of parts/components.

- Maintain accurate part-wise, item-wise and quantity-wise inventory records.

- Ensure proper identification, labeling and systematic storage of components.

- Verify received material against delivery challan, invoice and purchase documents.

- Pick and issue components as per kit/BOM or dispatch requirements.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

- Maintain proper records of inward, outward, stock balance and damaged/short material.

- Coordinate with purchase, production/project and dispatch teams for material requirements.





- Supervise loading/unloading and ensure safe handling of parts.

- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of material to customers/sites.

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and optimum utilization of storage space.

- Prepare basic daily stock and warehouse activity reports.

- Immediately report shortages, excess stock, damage or any discrepancy to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, inventory or logistics operations.

- Experience handling industrial/automobile/electrical/mechanical parts or components will be preferred.

- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.

- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

- Able to supervise helpers/loaders and manage warehouse activities independently.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Candidates from Dharwad/Hubballi or nearby areas preferred.

- Two-wheeler preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
