WE’RE HIRING – JUNIOR US IT RECRUITER

Location: Tambaram, Chennai – Onsite

Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Experience: 0–2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Review and screen resumes based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment are welcome.




- Valuable verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST.
- Ability to work from our Tambaram, Chennai office.
