Role Description The Junior Talent Manager (German Speaking – Kolkata) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role focuses on supporting and managing creators and influencers, especially those working with German-speaking markets, by coordinating brand collaborations, maintaining ongoing communication, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.

The Junior Talent

Manager will assist in sourcing and onboarding new talent, preparing briefs, negotiating basic terms under guidance, and tracking deliverables, performance, and deadlines.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting senior team members with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks related to talent and campaign management.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align creator activities with brand strategies and providing timely support to creators to foster long-term, trust-based relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to manage skilled conversations and written correspondence.
- Interest or prior exposure to influencer marketing, digital content, or social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch).
- Basic skills in relationship management, coordination, and stakeholder communication, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Comfort with digital tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and project management platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Languages, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or junior experience in talent management, marketing agencies, or entertainment/media is an advantage.
- Cultural awareness and interest in the global creator economy and regional influencer ecosystems, particularly in India and Europe.
