Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for running monthly MRP and finalizing the SOB for all suppliers based on QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery) criteria
2. Responsible for sharing the monthly and weekly schedules with all suppliers
3. Responsible for updating the monthly schedule in the Vendor Portal
4. Coordinate with Stores and MFG regarding any critical child part requirements
5. Track daily motor requirements and coordinate with Bosch for timely delivery
6. Coordinate with suppliers on daily dispatch status as per schedules and ensure DOH is maintained within the defined norms
7. Handle monthly PO amendments for RM price revisions.
8. Handling logistics follow-up and ensuring bill accountability.
9. Responsible for RGP follow-up and timely closure of pending RGPs (Supplier Bin Reconciliation)
10. Responsible for supplier reconciliation and ensuring timely follow-up of pending payments with the Finance team
11. Responsible for monitoring supplier delivery performance.
12. Familiar with supplier PO processes.
