About the Role

FUSIONest is looking for a Junior Sales Executive with 3+ years of sales or business development experience to join our growing team in Hyderabad.

This is a full-time, on-site role focused on generating business opportunities, developing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and supporting the sales process for FUSIONest's prefab and modular construction solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with homeowners, HNIs, architects, builders, corporate clients, and other prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads and recent business opportunities.

• Identify potential customers and understand their construction requirements.

• Present FUSIONest's prefab and modular construction solutions to prospective clients.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and follow-ups.

• Explain the benefits, process, applications, and value of prefabricated construction to clients.

• Coordinate with technical, estimation, and project teams to understand and communicate project requirements.

• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and other sales documents.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client discussions, follow-ups, and opportunities.





• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Support negotiations and contribute towards converting qualified leads into projects.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

• Participate in sales campaigns, networking activities, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

• Ensure timely communication and professional follow-up throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales or business development.

• Experience in construction, real estate, building materials, architecture, interiors, engineering products, or related industries is preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate construction solutions clearly.

• Ability to develop leads, maintain client relationships, and support sales closures.

• Comfortable conducting client meetings and site visits.

• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience using CRM or sales tracking software is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits as required.

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
