- Assist in daily production planning and execution.
- Supervise mould preparation, reinforcement, casting, demoulding, and curing activities.
- Monitor production targets, manpower allocation, and material utilization.
- Ensure production output aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain accurate daily production records and reports.
Requirements
- Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
- Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech – Civil Engineering
- Diploma / B. Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in production/engineering.
- Basic knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, and moulding processes preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a quick-paced production environment.
