Rekha Interiors is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Project Managers to join our growing team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and execution of interior design projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with design teams and vendors to align project goals and maintain clear communication.
- Manage project resources, timelines, and expectations to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results.
- Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to mitigate risks and ensure on-time completion.
- Resolve issues and risks that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to project flow.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to design specifications, budgets, and client requirements.
- Lead and motivate the project team to maintain high performance and deliver successful project outcomes.





Who We’re Looking For

- Has 2 years of proven project management experience.
- Can independently plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.
- Has strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Is experienced in managing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Can identify project risks and proactively develop effective solutions.
- Is comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Has strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Is proficient with project management tools and MS Office/Excel.
- Takes ownership, is organised, and thrives in a quick-paced environment.
